Description
The Patina PS-4 OW is an S-style electric guitar with a HSS pickup configuration that delivers both bright single-coil tones and powerful bridge tones. In the neck and middle positions, you get sparkling cleans and open chords. Switching to the humbucker in the bridge provides more output and a tight response for riffs and solos.
The lightweight paulownia body is finished with a nitrocellulose lacquer. This thin finish allows the wood to resonate freely and develops a natural playing patina over time. The quarter-sawn roasted maple neck with a satin finish feels fast and responsive. The rosewood fingerboard with stainless steel jumbo frets provides a durable playing surface, while locking tuners and a stable tremolo ensure reliable tuning.
