More information about this Pirastro
The Pirastro P41A211 A-2 string from the Set Cadenza delivers a warm, deep sound with a rich palette of timbres. The combination of a synthetic core and aluminum winding produces a responsive and balanced tone, reacting smoothly to every touch without sacrificing clarity. The lower tension provides a light, comfortable pressure on the left hand, allowing for shifting and portamentos with less finger pressure and less tension in the grip.
This string is ideal for violinists who frequently perform in chamber music or on stage and seek a full, expressive sound. It offers a natural balance between projection and finesse, allowing both subtle nuances and powerful bursts to emerge effortlessly, allowing the violin to resonate freely.
Specifications:
- String: A-2 from Pirastro P41A211 Set Cadenza
- Core: synthetic
- Winding: aluminum
- Sound characteristics: warm and deep with a rich palette of timbres
- Tension/feel: Lower tension for a light left hand and easy shifts
- Target audience: violinists who pursue chamber music through to stage work
