Pirastro P415921 violin string G-4 medium, synthetic, silver

The Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold G-4 medium viol string set delivers an expressive, full-bodied tone with immediate response. The core is made of a modern synthetic multifilament fiber, giving the string a responsive feel and a wide dynamic range—from whisper-soft nuances to powerful sonorities across the entire range of the violin. The G-string is silver-wound, adding extra brightness to the lower register and ensuring a balanced harmony with the other strings.

Thanks to the focus on short break-in times and excellent tuning stability, your tone remains consistent, even under changing conditions such as temperature and humidity. You can choose from two sets: the Standard Set with E-steel, A-aluminum, D-silver, and G-gold, or the Alternative G-silver Set with E-steel, A-aluminum, D-silver, and G-silver. Depending on your playing style, you can choose either the gold or silver tone for greater projection and color in ensembles and chamber music.
