Mad Professor MP-FGC effect pedal Forest Green Compressor

The Mad Professor Forest Green Compressor is a high-quality analog compressor and sustain pedal that works perfectly with both guitar and bass . This pedal combines low noise, minimal distortion, and a wide dynamic range , giving you super-transparent and musical compression .

The Compressor/Sustain switch lets you choose between tight, precise compression or extended sustain while maintaining dynamics . This makes the pedal suitable for a variety of playing styles, from subtle dynamic control to endless sustain for solos.

The TONE knob allows you to perfectly tune the pedal to your instrument without the effect becoming overpowering. The Forest Green Compressor offers musical compression without sacrificing attack, ideal for funk, country, blues, and rock .

Operation

• LEVEL: In Compressor mode, this controls the overall output and can even be used as a booster. In Sustain mode, it controls the strength of the sustain.
• COMPR.: Determines the amount of compression and sustain. Low settings reduce peaks, while higher settings increase compression and reduce dynamics, with nearly infinite sustain.
• TONE: This allows you to adjust the sound transparently. CCW for full-range compression, Noon for a tighter sound with less bass, and CW for subtly reducing treble.
• COMPRESSOR/SUSTAIN SWITCH:
Sustain mode: Maintains the attack and enhances the decay and softer passages.
Compressor mode: Provides a smooth sound without too many dynamic peaks.
